IN FEBRUARY I COULD SQUAT 90KG FOR 5 REPS BUT I STRUGGLED TO SQUAT 67.5KG FOR 5 TODAY
>Bulking
>Sleeping 8 hours+ a day
>Squatting at least twice a week
HOW IS THIS HAPPENING

I don't understand. Have you been squatting all this time? seeing your strength go down? or did you replaced squat with something else months ago and then started squatting again?

I've been squatting the entire time. I did 5/3/1 for a while, then tried a cycle of the juggernaut method (with more frequency than standard) but made 0 gains on it, and I've just started greyskull in a desperate attempt to unfuck myself
I can't help you if you don't give all the information.

What more information do you need?
>>42803043
Literally impossible

Are you bulking correctly? counting calories? enough protein? how much time lifting in total?
are you weighting yourself?
did your squat strength went down slowly?
what about your other lifts?

In March I hiked 23 miles and ate about 1000 calories. I lost 4 pounds that day and my lifts all went down immediately (as expected). I struggled to gain back the weight eating 3500 calories (tracked) weighing only like 144 at the time
All my other lifts are slightly stronger now than they were in March, my squat just won't go up under any circumstances.
Just quit a cycle of juggernaut method after 9 weeks and making 0 gains. Gonna jump on texas method on monday

Are you 5'4"?
Seriously, even the two casual lifter girls in my gym outsquat you and they've only been here since march this year.
>overtraining
>too much stress in daily life
>you're lifting inconsistently and you're not aware of it
>you eat less than you think you do
>your form was shit in february and you actually improved
>your movement patterns are absolutely fucked and your reps are so bad you're not getting a training stimulus
>you're fucking around with your programs too much
>drug abuse, alcohol too, faggot
>you have cancer or some other illness
take your pick

Are you a 40 kg female? I stopped training in June with a then 1rm of 150 kg, and yesterday I squatted 90kg for 6
My 1rm went down about as much as yours except I literally stopped any form of training including light jogging

are you from reddit by any chance?
