I barely get DOMS after my legs workouts anymore. Used to get it all the time, like very intense, and now nothing. Am I still making progress? I regularly switch up my workouts and up the intensity but still nothing

I was not getting any DOMS after squats for a while but have had them the past few times since I broke 3plate on my squat. Just because you don't have DOMS does not mean you are doing anything wrong though so I wouldn't worry about it too much OP.
