Anyone got body by rings program?

Plz.
I'll give Maps Anywhere or Maps Prime by mind pump
hmm nope but I think it doesn't have any magic.
I guess work your way to do ring pull ups, ring dips, ring pushups, using the rings right above the floor like an ab wheel... and that way you'll workout your upperbody decently

thats a pretty ass ring routine that doesnt take advantage of what it can do compared to more traditional barbell training but I agree theres no magic here. I would say its unilaterally worse for hypertrophy because most of the advanced strength movements are static holds which put alot of pressure in the CNS and attempting to overload the muscles can overwork you easily. the program looks like its marketing on the idea that normal people thing gymnasts are lean gains wizards from another dimension that discovered that one trick doctors dont want you to know
So do Reddit bodyweight routine but with rings? Seems simple enough.

I mix both:
ring pull ups
ring dips
barbell rows
squat
deadlift
push press
Doing a full body routine
A
pull ups
squats
push press
B
rows
deadlift
dips

Use the rings as ab wheel on cardio days (twice a week in rest days). Minimalistic af but works

I'm sure it does but you could easily substitute your ring exercises with nonring exercises which somewhat defeats the purpose
>"wow gymnasts are very cool, maybe I can be like them"
Stop being a dumbass. Parkour and bodyweight routines are reserved to a few chosen manlets who train from child.
