i got my mum into lifting and now she's hooked. she can't squat due to injuries but i have her lunging, deadlifting etc. when she began she couldn't do a single knee push up, now 4 months later she can do 10 full ROM pushups and 5 full ROM pull ups, which is amazing progress for a woman in her 50s. she even kept them up on holiday and told me she found 2 bricks outside and did lunges using those.
