I'm mildly intolerant to lactose and since I stopped taking whey my back acne cleared almost completely.
I've been meaning to restart goin to the gym but I'd like for it not to come back ever.
I know just eating more meat or eggs would do the trick but I liked the convenience of a powder supplement.

really all protien sources have 'all' essential amino acids, it's just the concentration of essential amino acids is so low it is considered to 'not have them'. For instance, corn has all the essential aminos you need, but the amount of fucking corn you would have to injest to get all the aminos you need is just beyond what a healthy human can consume. And the proppetion of amimos is also important.
Just, don't limit your diet to plants. Jesus Christ. By no meams am I endorsing vegan/vegatarian shit. I think they are dumb.
