So I've been hearing about dark chocolate increasing libido and blood flow to sexual organs.
How often should one eat dark chocolate to get a noticeable effect? Also if I know I'm getting laid tonight should I just chow down on dark chocolate beforehand?
just eat a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder. literally all dark chocolate is is more cocoa powder
When """studies""" post meme results like this, they are usually talking about tiny effects which won't have any noticeable impact without sustained usage over a significant period of time. You aren't just gonna munch on a dark choco bar before you fuck and get a big raging boner.

Dude it isn't rocket science.
Dark chocolate has hella theobromine which is basically caffeine with a shorter half life.
It gets your adrenaline fired up, which is partly involved in giving you a boner.
The half life is pretty short compared to caffeine, so if you eat it I would expect the effect to take place within about 4 hours.

It's cacao that has the effect you're looking for, you could just eat raw cacao beans or powder, but that's like eating raw protein powder. It's literally like, Less than an ounce a day, just a tiny square. And it's very minor effects, it won't cure ED for example, but it might give a small boost to libido over time
for a few weeks I was in a dark chocolate kick. ate it 5 times a week, a full 600kcal bar.
It did make my dick twitch for minor things like a girl touching me. which was basically all I noticed, since I didn't get laid.

Use unsweetened cocoa powder on your oats for that chocolate taste, but beware it is very addictive.
