So i just got this today it was abdoluteky free for me because i work where it is sold and the seal was broken.

Does this have any benefit over whey? How is it different? Is it really just a more expensive form of the same thing?

Im thinking its good to mix with foods where as whey is best sweet

I out some in some cottage cheese and spread it on a bagel and it wasnt awful. Not good but not awful
