Parallel and reverse grip during the bench press work the upper chest better than pronated (normal) grip.
Does this also apply to bar dips? Do parallel grip and reverse grip dips put more work on the upper chest?
Any tips for doing dips? Been lifting for just a short time and my lifts are improving but the one thing I can never seem to do is dips.
Every time coming down my left arm cramps/kinda spasms.

Lean back with tight lats when dipping for more triceps work. keep your body perpendicular to the floor. if you want chest and shoulders and triceps do them the regular way. dont know about upper chest

I am struggling with them too and with chin ups. I am trying to do triceps extensions and see later if I will get it right. My weight is 93kg I don't expect anything soon.
