Is it possible to build decent physique with dumbbells only? I have a couple of plate loaded ones (so I can regulate the weight and go pretty heavy if needed) plus a bench (flat/incline/decline) and a pull-up bar. I guess arms, shoulders, chest and (to an extent) upper back won't be a problem, but what about legs, lower back and core? Theoretically, I could squat and deadlift with DBs but shit's going to get unstable and dangerous as weight goes up. I could also do lunges and shit like that but then I don't want to "invent" a """program""" that's going to be waste of time and energy. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any good dumbbell-oriented program.
Any advice? I'm mostly interested in hypertrophy, not raw strength. Obviously, I'm not counting on getting fucking huge either, I just want to look decent by normie standards.

Looking decent by normalfag standards doesn't even require any of that shit, all you have to do is some curlbroing and chest, that's it. The only muscle normalfags can identify is the bicep.
