How do you feel about warming up for big compound lifts? I never really do any kind of warming up... am I fucking up?
Do you mean you don't stretch or do other lifts beforehand? Do you not do any lighter sets at all before working weight?
dynamic stretching and warmup sets decrease the likelihood of injury when lifting heavy. young bodies can tolerate alot of abuse, but that doesn't make it necessary, or even okay

Are you still pretty new to lifting? Yes, you should do warmups, obviously, or you'll eventually hurt yourself.

you always ram up the weight, you dont start out with work sets.
I do 4-6 warm ups sets on the first compound then i do 2-3 on the other compound exercises after that.
