Get enough zinc and magnesium in your diet
Heavy lifts, squats in particular are said to elicit the greatest growth response and test boost
NoPorn
Stress KILLS test, chronic stress and anxiety tells your body you are too weak to pass on your genes and cuts your test production. Get enough sleep, don't procrastinate.

>>
>>42800745
It's not bet hedging at all. If you choose a good degree, from a good school, and have a good gpa you are guaranteed to get hired and if story. I don't wanna hear about someone with a history degree not getting a job that's their fault. Every busy I have who got a degree in engineering is making bank right now.
Slave for barerly above minimum wage and deal with assholes all day sounds good to you? Not to mention most people can't invest and that's actually hedging your bet.
Let me guess your from r9k?

Do GIS as a STEM minor.
Comfy office jobs abound and there is still pretty low supply to demand.
If you can't code, you won't get a lot of dosh but there are lots of need for manual digitization and stuff like that that needs a human eye.
Also, if you like maps, it can be pretty fun.

Right now I'm doing one major in theatre with a performance concentration (voice and general stage) and one major in CS with a cybersecurity concentration. My health situation makes it difficult to hold a stable office job, so I was hoping the CS would offer some flexibility for money and insurance until I was able to get consistent enough theatre work to join actor's equity. Probably not the best direction, but it at least will allow me to not be stuck in my mom's home like a lot of disabled people

3. Eat a good amount of carbs and fats.
4. Stay lean, have muscle mass without too much fat.
5. Eat enough.
6. Keep hydrated.
7. Lift heavy.
8. Have a sex life.
9. Stay away from endocrine disruptors.
10. Don't consume much or any soy, flaxseeds, licorice, alcohol, milk, trans-fats, or high-pufa foods (nuts or oils).

Also doubt the"milk=prostate cancer" entirely especially when in the article it says:
>Estrone and prostate cancer risk in men: As far as the estrone levels Maruyama et al. measured in their 2010 study are concerned it is very difficult to tell, whether or not the 26% increase in E2 levels is or isn't a problem.
>The estrone values in the Maruyama study are unrealistic. With a normal range of <68pg/ml the subjects in the Maruyama study would have elevated E1 levels to begin with, if the measurement was correct.
>difficult to tell
>unrealistic
and
>What remains to be seen, though, is whether future epidemiological evidence will support or refute the currently heralded hypothesis that dairy consumption increases prostate cancer risk and whether we will be able to identify more feasible explanations for this relations than those that are implicated by the results Maruyama et al. present in their 2010 study.

I used it to hedge since literally nothing else guaranteed a fallback if I decided I didn't want to do the same thing I wanted to do when I was a kid while still aiding me in the dream I had as a kid.

I learned a lot of programming during electrical engineering which has helped me create a video game from scratch which then helped fund another video game that I've spent nearly 2 years full time making that will be released soon.

If it fucking flops like a piece of shit I can just go get an elec eng job.

Many people are pressured into doing stem degrees because of the revenue they make and the large amount of openings for them, but in their eyes, it's just another job. For a lot of stem jobs in truly believe you have to be passionate about science and mathematics or you aren't going to enjoy the ride.
>>
>>42800702

The other option is being a liberal arts or humanities student which is easily x100 worse

almost 70% of people studying humanities regret it, only 20% of people that end sa STEM career regrets it
>>
>>42799314
Obv dont consume stuff that has estrogen in it, that also includes any form or cow milk, cheese, yogurt, cream and so on. Dont eat high processed sugar stuff like candy bars and coke. If you dont believe me, just ask yourself whats the purpose of milk.

Lower your colesterol intake. Dont be on an extreme low fat diet but also dont go into ketosis or high fat diet. Every extreme diet is not ideal to raise testo, only if you need to lose weight.

Having Sex is by far the best method. Try to keep your stress level low and sleep enough. Drink enough water, eat enough zinc, eat enough selenium and keep moving daily.
>>
>>42801569
You can have soy, but I think it's dumb to ignore its potential effects to lower test, so keep it in moderation.

dairy on the other hand has estradiol.

>>42804368

>>
>>42804379
YOu only need to know the numbers of normal test production if you want to monitor it, or study it. You dont need to know the numbers when you speak in general.
And please prove me wrong about minerals, fats and vitamins only increase your test levels if youre deficit. I would really like to know if any of those could bring it to levels beyond normal.
>>
>>42804421
you need to determine what normal is.
you can say that normal is within some range of numbers, or that it is some specific number for you specificly.
or you could say it's whatever number you end up at if you make sure you eat/train/sleep well and get enough of every vitamin and mineral.
you could also define normal as whatever level doesn't give you low T symptoms, but some men never train and are perfectly content with looking feminine and having a shit body.

what if some herb increases that "normal" number by 10%?
is that your new normal, or is that a 10% boost?
>>
>>42804480
>or you could say it's whatever number you end up at if you make sure you eat/train/sleep well and get enough of every vitamin and mineral.

This is what i mean by normal. And if anything would increase ttest levels beyond a person who does all that, i would say its a boost.

But i doubt minerals, vitamins or fat can do that. It would probably be something else in that "herb" which increased it. And that was not my point at all.

Like onion juice, which may boost testosterone in humans, as it boosts it in rats.
>>
>>42804568
but then what means "getting enough of every vitamin and mineral".
e.g. a blood level of 50 for vit D3 is "sufficient", but higher seems better.
you could make the same case for all the other vitamins and minerals.

what do you think the normal range numbers should be?
lets assume a lean man in his early twenties, who trains/eats/sleeps well.

I work as an American graduate assistant. Today I did more good for society than any of you greedy people will in a lifetime. Want to know something amazing? I can feel it in my HEART.

I started work at 5:00AM today. I was able to perform 10 tissue culture assays, purify three proteins, test 7 pre-clinical drugs, prepare 50L of bacterial media, AND write half of a research grant application today. I find problems in experimental design that paid professionals often miss. Even if it's helping the post-doc who is supposed to know what he's doing, I never hesitate for the good of science.

I get paid $18k/yr, USD. Yeah, laugh all you want, you trade school jerks. "Muh opportunity cost", big deal. So you make $50k/yr plumbing from 18-30 while I break even with nothing to my name after undergrad loans are considered. WHO FUCKING CARES. Once I graduate, and then finish my post-doc at 35, I'll be able to find a job ANYWHERE IN THE FIELD. Do you know what the median wage is for biotech researchers in the Bay Area? 80-fucking-thousand dollars a year. You'll never have a salary like that, and certainly not living in such a nice area. That's not even considering all the Numeraire I earn.

And the hilarious thing is you guys think it's all about money. The money is only secondary. Do you have any idea what an honor and privilege it is to work in Dr. Blaustein's lab? I'd do it for free if I had to. There is nothing more rewarding than knowing you're playing a part in curing cancer.

The best is trade some areas in trade school. As the education doesnt take long, and its in high demand. Here electricians make the same as people with masters in trade.

Engineering in certain area would be the best, as they never get enough engineers and the job will never phase out, in certain areas.

it is safe, at least in the very small amounts you need - look it up if you don't believe me. some people take a tsp a day but that is much more than the required dose (10-15mg, borax is 11% boron by weight). you can also buy straight boron supplements but its not nearly as cheap obviously.

your faculty if they're on top of things should be organising things like student/industry nights, research scholarships, etc

As a major? I mean I don't think it will be tough to get a job if your good with people, and make tons of connections. If you like stats and have good soft-skills you'll be good. If you're in it for money go for CS

>>42807701
This is good advice. Networking is the best way to get work, better than having a 4.0. Many people will get jobs simply by making friends, or just by being amiable. If you can talk to people and aren't incel ugly/weird, you are ahead of 80% of STEM majors especially for CS.

Just a note: I am very entrenched in the idea that AI like Watson and DeepMind will have massive effects in every major industry. I'm probably a little off-target in how rapid future technologies will impact the average worker. However, being on the cutting edge of the science and getting into robotics and AI cannot go wrong.

Do you mean to tell me you do nothing at your job, and get paid for doing nothing. Or is your use of present tense when referring to your free money for scholarships a Freudian slip, and you are in fact not making nearly 6 figures and are still in school? Either way, if you're doing nothing and getting paid, you should be concerned, since you're the first one on the chopping block in the event that your company/organization needs to downsize because of economic downturn ect.

I work for a massive, bleeding-edge tech company and earn a decent salary. I like my teammates but the work is soul crushing. I am taking classes part-time to go to med school in a few years because I can't take much more of corporate engineering culture.

I was always more interested in fundamental sciences and humanities, and loved art and literature, but figured programming and engineering would be a safer bet with regards to finding a job. I was right. It isn't all bad - I get paid handsomely, which matters a lot because I came from a poor family - but I never loved it. I learned a lot in the past 8 years of STEM school + work, but I also sold some of my soul and I am desperately trying to claw it back.

It's not even difficult to do, just go to class and get good grades. I only work about 40 hours a week and have time and money for my hobbies. Only disappointing thing is that I work with a lot of older people in a not particularly exciting or field of software development (routing and switching).

This is a load of crap.

The truth is that through most of human history, and for most people today, the work you do has nothing to do with ambition, passion, or personal satisfaction. Survival is the best that 99.5% of people hope for. But the ability to find work that intellectually stimulates you, provides for stability, and allows you the freedom in your personal time to pursue what you live is a good thing. STEM may not be as emotionally appealing as singing in a band or pursuing that microbrewery with your friends, but if you are passionate about doing things right and excelling in whatever situation you are in, STEM is a goldmine. It buys you a seat at the table in this world, which is more than I can say for most people.

I am lucky enough to be in a vocation that I deeply care about, and which will afford me opportunity. I am 31. My friends who pursued STEM like their jobs; they have had to shift from company to company in order to find the environment that works for them, but they are happy and healthy. Meanwhile, my friends who dithered because they were passionate about something that doesn't pay or they wanted to wait and "find their passion" are now struggling to make ends meet, and opportunities have passed them by.

If you are the kind of guy who's gonna make it, go after STEM unless you are willing to truly risk your life and happiness pursuing a passion. Otherwise, put your nose to the grindstone, make a career, get swole, and become a patrician.

Here's a definitive list of how gay you are based on what you like:
>femdom: most gay
First of all, the fact you want to be dominated is bad enough, but not a death sentence for your test levels - there are plenty of hightest, jacked gay dudes who like bottoming. This is the gayest because you like getting dommed by a woman.
>maledom: mostly gay
At least at this point, you're being dommed by someone who has first-rate test instead of barely any at all. Moreover, porn addiction almost always leads guys with even slightly bi tendencies to sissy shit in one way or another, and this is a kink that can be cured by as little as a month abstaining from porn.
>traps: not very gay
Like women, but more submissive. Just pull the dick out of the way.
>tomboys: least gay
It's like dominating a man, which is the ultimate marker of being alpha, but without having to get your dick covered in shit.
