Do you have equal strength in both sides?
Could be if you do like cables you are not standing in directly in the middle and have different forces on one side, you are not moving both arms in the same way, i sometimes do this and realise, you just gotta take a couple of slower reps and zone into the muscle more, mind muscle connection. could literally just be your muscle structure anyway and not alot would fix this, but im not pro so just look into it

Unilateral work, if it don't helps after a long time focus on the bad pec additionally

It could be because one lat is more developed than the other or scoliosis.
