going on vacation in a month and want to stay as /fit/ looking as possible. what should I be eating since I won't be working out? I've heard BIG RICH RIP say he'd carb up to remove water and pump up the muscles, that protein sticks in the stomach longer and since you're not working out it's not as beneficial so he sticks with high carbs. in my head low carbs high protein just makes sense if I want to stay smaller.
