Is creatine legit? All im takin now is whey, about a year back i was on it all, creatine, pwo, bcaas, vitamins, all kinds of stuff, and i cut back to just whey because it was all too expensive and didnt seem to be doing shit. Im not sure if creatine made much of a difference, and ive been considering getting back on it since its so cheap. Does it really cause hair loss? Does it really help with strength hypertrophy and recovery?
i'm about to start taking creatine soon too, i've heard nothing but good things.
Say goodbye to your hair for one extra rep
the very very tiny benefits that it gives u is definitely not worth the hair loss >>42797094
OP, performance improvements will be marginal at best.
Either stay full natty or go roids. None of this in-between crap.

Try Kre-Alkalyn OP
No loading phases just take it when you workout. I've noticed that i've kept my strength even while cutting taking it
My once-chad hair now has triangular shaped bald spots that go into the top of my fucking scalp at the corners
But go ahead, I'm sure the extra 0.5 reps you'll get will be worth it.
know how to use it and what exactly it's for. no it won't work intra-workout or even pre-work out, it needs to be stored in the muscle before you work out and when you're depleted you replentish the APT in your muscles immediately after with via simple carb / sugar drink like gatoraid or cranjuice so it rushes to the aching muscles, don't use anything caffeinated(this might be broscience but that's how I learned)
they put this shit in everything now ao people are kinda clueless as to how to use it.
only buy hydrolized creatine HCI it wont give you such a nasty bloat
