I kept hearing about it, sounded like kind of a meme but apparently it's legit.
Finished my LP so thought I'd switch routines, thinking of doing it.
Also will my deadlift stall? Should I incorporate it somehow? 20 rep DL sounds dangerous (I mean performing the 20 reps the way you would do squats)

If you're done with your first LP then it's time to cut back on lower body work and increase your volume and accessories on upper body.

Squatting heavy is not going to grow your upper body, that is a marketing myth for fags who love to sell squat centric routines.

Pass on it. Find something better like a PHAT/PHUL or PPL.

Honestly, if it were such a great method then it would be much more popular. There's a reason 4 day splits and PPLs are the defacto routines in every sticky on every forum. They work very well and they're extremely efficient.

This is simply an old school SS method that will provide the same results as SS. No visible gains and a massive rear end.

Are you going for mass and aesthetics? It's time to move onto a more advanced routine.

Pretty much only useful if you are a powerlifter and has nothing to do in the off season, or if you really like squatting for whatever reason.
