Hello guys.
I'd like to know if lifting would make me more attractive.
I'm a 23 years old mutt. I've always looked young, but at this point it's becoming much of a hindrance as I can't get women my age, or even younger, because they think I'm 15-16.
I'm skinny (55kg), not very tall (178cm) and got a shitty voice.
I look like a fucking paki, truth be told. I have the typical big eyes, the shit skin, and weirdly frail bone structure.
There's another problem
It seems that everything I do makes people at unease. I try my best to be normal, I manage to have friends. But people who don't know me seem to think something is off with me.
55kg at 178cm is skeletal my friend, my recommendation to you is to immediately start lifting and eat enough to get up to AT LEAST 75-80kg bodyweight within the next two to three years
you are drastically underweight. gaining muscle and size in the right places will make a HUGE difference (all other factors aside) in the way people percieve you. this will not make you more attractive by default (on a raw physical level it will to some extent) but the carryover will be in all other aspects of your life (I gaurantee) and this will improve your self perception and thus confidence and attractiveness

by the way I know you think that being told to gain 25kg is no easy feat and you might not have "abs" etc and yes, it is hard to eat, but I promise you when you have built some muscle and start to see improvement in your physique you will be so hungry for more that when you look back you wont believe how you could ever have been so skinny
