So is gelatin useful in helping joint issues or not? Is jello something we should all be consuming regularly?
I don't think there's much that'll help except like, stem cell grafts or something.
I've got a torn miniscus and can feel my kneecap's alignment is pretty spotty. Doesn't affect day-to-day life thankfully, except that it's painful sometimes.
I swim or bike for cardio and so far it hasn't affected my squats (only squating 135lbs though).

I bike for cardio too. My knees get achey sometimes and I've adjusted my seat and handlebar orientation many times and nothing seems to help. Idk what to do anymore.

All my joints hurt, really. Focus on form, use less weight, swap out lifts, etc.. nothing has helped. Can't really lift or do cardio. Not sure what's left to do. Which is why I'm all the way down to fucking gelatin.
