I'm about 25 lbs over being /fit/ gorgeous, about 15 over being acceptable "casually fit." I'm going on vacation next month and would like to shed some pounds but I'm 30 years old and feel pretty low energy. I've got a bunch of Alberturol on hand and am familiar with the EC stack too, though I'm a bit sensitive to caffeine.
To lose about 5-7 pounds (about 3 kilos) in roughly five weeks, should I lift hard while eating light, or up cardio and supplement?

Sorry, forgot to add I am presently 96 kilos, 212 lbs, so I'm only talking about losing about 3% of my bodyweight.
