Opinions on riced cauliflower. Go

I ate cauliflower once. It tasted good. Cauliflower looks like albino broccoli. Fear not though. This white tree tastes a lot more delicious then it looks.

There are better alternatives such as rice

i pop the florets in to a food processor and then boil it in chicken stock. turns out pretty tasty.
