Ok so listen up /cut/, I recently got back from living in the shit infested third world country known as Colombia, and I gotta say the food there is quite different. It was so easy to get lean when all I ate would give me explosive diarrhea. The second I got back to the states the weight went up. Not only that but my complexion is worse and I have less energy in general. How are we supposed to get /cut/ when we are constantly surrounded by fattening first world garbage? Is the only solution to live a solitary life away from society, surviving only on whatever I can forage?
