AxBxCxD one week and ABxCDxx the next. I do this so that every other week I have a weekend where I don't lift If there's no rest day between one week and the next I do the last workout of one in the morning and the first workout of the next in the evening. Mind you I've been following this routine to cut.
In a typical week I have 6 low carb days with 2400 calories and onw high carb day of 2700 calories. Protein intake is at least 180g/day but that can go up to 220. I keep fat at a max of 30% of intake.
I hate this though and I can't wait to bulk again.

i forgot to mention. i have a bunch of cats and i sometimes do lateral raises with them before i sleep, one in each arm. it has really helped grow my delts. they only weight 5kg each, so i do a lot of reps. they love it.

2 months of dedicated starting strength cutting all the crap from my diet along with plenty of cardio.

Deadlift 25kg
DB press 15kg
squat 17.5kg
OHP 6.5kg

Obviously 2 months will show fuck all besides the 2kg in fat i've dropped from my previous weighing. (First month was just week A cus I was a sperg who didn't read the entire sticky)

Thinking of going to PPL cus I'm not happy with the shape my body is taking since I do want to be slighty twink and I've already added more chalice squats and no homo shit.

You are wasting time with brosplits that train each bodypart once per week with too much volume for a beginner.

Stick to a full body routine for the first year, then split into upper/lower, PPL etc.
When the day comes that you cant provide enough volume for each bodypart split into a 5 day memesplit.
