Close to finishing Stronglifts 5x5. What's the best routine to get aesthetic for when I leave my gf? Also is it worth counting calories? I just eat like food your granny would cook and stop when I feel full. Irish stez, spagbol, chicken and rice.

you should ALWAYS be counting calories. You don't want to be dirty bulking, make sure you're getting shit loads of protein

How do you count calories when someone else prepares your food? I'm 18, it's not financially viable for me to buy or cook my own meals..
