Is jump rope better than running? I tried it yesterday but it hurt my feet after two minutes. Is it normal or is it because of my shoes?

What are your goals OP? And what part of your foot hurts?

As a boxer, we do a lot of jumprope but nothing can replace running/roadwork

I want to do cardio to stay lean while gaining some muscle, I want to rech ottermode. I'm a skelly atm.

Mostly the sides, like they're being pressured by the shoes.
