I'm trying to lose 10lbs while getting in shape and started intermittent fasting and taking yohimbine and working out in the mornings. The only thing is I take Creatine after I work out but I'm assuming that has calories along with the supplements I take like Fish oil, etc.
Won't this ruin my intermittent fasting? I'm not really looking to start my day of eating at 6am and end at 2pm just because I don't think I could handle that.
But would those small amount of calories ruin things?

B since it needs an insulin response to get to where you want it consider taking it before your meals instead
C unless the other things yo take are food(like whey) dont worry about it
