>be recovering from a manic high and been on anti-psychotic meds for nearly 5 years
>have worked through the suffering and helped my self as much as possible to stop taking the meds
>withdrawal from the meds and melatonin issues so cant sleep
>push through waking up at at 4am and sometimes only getting 4-5 hours, somedays on the tablets if i got 7 hours i would feel like i was psychotic again and anxious so now 4 hours is pretty killer
>start feeling low and not eat as much, not go to gym as much
>start losing body fat cause not eating, but push through and get back into gym
>starting to become the most shredded ive ever been and the pumps are unreal
>lifts going up, mires
>all from being on a sleep deprived cut

id man up op and get yourself some ear plugs aswell if you dont want to be disturbed
