Stress refers to all kinds, not just the "Uuuh I'm so stressed!! OwO" kind. It's very stressful for your body to go 24+ hours without proper rest

But hindering weight loss is probably real

good thing im a NEET that whats up at 2PM so 3AM for me is dinner time
