i want to look a bit like the guy in pic related but whitout using surgery, i´m 24 yo 174 cm in height shorthair and have a lot of bellyfat

so the thing is going to be starting right now, i quit sauces, soy and flour and maximun beer limit will be 1 can per month

actual average biking fag, goal is as much as calves quadricep and femoral bicep can grow

92 cm soft goal 92 cm kinda muscular

visible abs would be incredible, but right now, losing fat and quadrasaurus are principal focus
