I keep fucking failing, /fit/...what good am I if I always go to the gym and lift so hard if I can't control my diet? I fucking tried buying chicken and vegies and I get to lazy to cook in bulk...I constantly am eating fast food outside. I have big muscle but my fucking body fat percentage isn't ever where I want it..how do I fucking do it?

Im losing weight and I eat at mcdonalds and pizza joints all the time. Exclusively, in fact, I don't keep food in the house at all, I am an unhealthy motherfucker. Oh, and if you don't know how much calories something is, then don't fucking eat it.

Discipline is a habit, you may have it in one area but not another

It takes time to develop, but one thing I would recommend is making food for 3 or 4 days when you cook a meal. Get a rice cooker (that also cooks other things), crock pot, pressure cooker, etc., these things really simplify the process
