how to do cardio? my cardiovascular health is nonexistent so how should I work it out? I have exercise bike in my house so that should help.

you can run. i live in a shit neighborhood so i bought a treadmill, but you can just literally run wherever the fuck you want.
if you do running, the thing people seem to misunderstand is that you don't NEED to run for an hour to burn fat. 20 minutes is all you need. 3 times a week, on top of weight training and you're good to go.
i recommend running over other shit, because it's an excellent way to train stamina, that actually factors into your lifting and will actually bring lifts up if you're plateauing since your body able to better regulate oxygen and blood flow to your muscles and all that good shit.

Doing cardio is as easy as moving your body. 5 rounds of 50+ jumping jacks with a minute or 2 between rounds is enough to get your cardio back up to speed.

thing about any exercise is that you need to learn how to stretch and shit too. for shit like running it's important to stretch prior to running and after.
if it's more you getting winded and shit, add an extra beginning week, and do 30 seconds on and 1 minute off for each round.
