Trying to completely quit sugar again. I done it when I was like 16 and lost alot of weight

I find once I have sugar I can't stop eating and seek out really shit food

What kinds of sugar? You talking about breads or refined sugars sweets in confectionery and stuff? It's always better to just optimize your diet instead of seeking extremes. You need the energy and if you want to loose weight just drop carbs slowly or better yet do real keto

if youre talking about just general sweets and stuff then just save it for cheat meals amigo. You dont have to completely exclude it from your diet, just have a programmed day in your week where you have a nice cheat meal, just dont go too crazy. I have a sweet tooth aswell and on my cut I would occasionally go to IHOP before a leg day and get an omelette, hash browns, and some chocolate chip pancakes... then i would fuck up some legs. Enjoy your life man but leave the sugary shit for treats, it makes them much more enjoyable that way anyways.
