I went from 175 lbs to 155 lbs and 34" at my waist to 32". So about 10 lbs/inch for me.

It really is gonna be different for everyone though.

I've lost about 10 lbs and am down about 1.5 inches off my waist. All anecdotal though, one inch per ten lbs sounds about right.
