how do you feel about yoga?
I enjoy it. Need to get back into doing regular yoga more often
Also do acro yoga (though I don't count it as actual yoga) because it's fun as fuck

I do hatha myself.
Good to do a bit as a warmup/cooldown, and really helps keep my low back issues down to 2-3 minutes of stiffness in the morning
Did it at uni for a few weeks, was hella fun, but revealed just how immobile I am (have been working on it since).
I'll definitely rejoin next term and would recommend it to anyone.
A lot of qts too, if I wasn't a sperg I could probably have met girls there

Just explored muscle groups I wanted to stretch and started doing the basic ones in my room. There's a donation-based yoga studio near my place and I'm thinking of going one of these days just to see what it's like. Would be a little weirded out if I was the only guy there but ohwell.
Also look up pranayam.
