Ok, im lifting officialy for one year now. I know its still baby mode, and yes i do look like shit, and my lifts are only 1/2/3/4 for singles (minus dl for 5 reps because thats the lift i focus on, i dont care about squat or bench that much since i have shit leverages for them)
Heres few things/resources that helped me the most. Subjective list with no order.
Some of those videos you need to watch FEW times and apply fixes after each session, and be very critical of your form (especially recommending to use camera and record your lifts) This isnt about how much you lift, its about how well you can progress while not risking injury that can put you out of gym for MONTHS if not permanently.

How to squat:
Covers breathing, bracing, basic rules to keep in mind during squats without snapping your shit up, if standard cues from Rippetoe arent much help to you, watch this vid it might come handy

How to deadlift (sumo and conventional)

>attitude, intensity etc
Anything from Eric Bugenhagen. Natty or not, that is up to debate, but you cant deny his mindset is great part of success hes having.

Feel free to add more, i dont know shit about programming, and i just do 2-3 lifts everyday.
And no, i am not wanting to shill for those 2 guys, i believe they have plenty of valuable resources on their channels but it takes a while until you find them.
thanks anon i am working on my form for squats and I can really use this
>DO NOT BULK IF YOU'RE ABOVE 15% BODYFAT IF YOUR GOAL IS TO LOOK GOOD
The amount of fucking retards who tell fat noobs to bulk and do ss is ridiculous

Complicated programming is a meme. Attitude matters more than programming.
Proof:
Eric Bugenhagen, who is still doing novice-like linear progression (without the deloads) despite having elite numbers already. Have an attitude like Eric and you can progress fast. Drink some coffee, listen to heavy metal, and lift for intensity. Just change exercise when you hit plateau.

>Attitude matters more than programming.
He still follows a program made by Communists to dominate the Olympics with his own twist

have you ever heard of the bulgarian method? you seriously think the bulgarian method doesn't require an understanding of good programming?
are you actually this ignorant?
>>42784247
First of all:
>SS
>TM
>Complicated
KEK
Secondly, Eric's doing a program with periodization, and a lot of his lifts are not all time PRs, it's stuff he's done already and is regaining previous strength he lost from not doing that lift in X amount of time (look at his numbers now for trapbar deads compared to his old numbers). And he usually only does a given lift for about a week before he plateaus. If you think that's LP then you need to shut the fuck up.

Eric doesnt do bulgarian method. His training style is different. You dont hit PR every single day on Bulgarian method.
