Is there such a thing as accumulated sleep debt?
If you're sleeping over 7 hours at a time you are a neet

I am not a NEET, I just have my priorities straight, like not coming home from work and playing video games until 3am like you sad fucks.

I am not a NEET and I get 7 to 8 hours per night. I prioritize sleeping as much as I prioritize gym time. I go to bed at 9 pm and wake up at 5 pm to ensure I have enough time for that and being in class 8 hours per day (actually in class. not this undergrad of 4 hours of class but 8 hours on campus bullshit), and then still have time to study and shit post when I'm not in class.
12 hours sleep
7-8
Working nights this week so sleep pattern is fucked. Actually on a night shift now and can feel how good it would be to climb into a cold bed
