Help me /fit/. Not only are my shoulders very weak (have trouble doing 10 lb plates on a bar for OHP), my left one always gets sharp pains in it when i work out shoulders.
How do i fix these beta shoulders?!?

Its honestly starting to affect my workouts. Benching normall results in intense pain in left shoulder. I just want to improve my lifts.

Go to the doctor bro. Don't drag it out. It may be something simple they can correct early before they need to open you up. I've had both rotator cuffs repaired(unrelated to lifting) and I can tell you it's no fun and will really screw your shoulders for life.
