What do you do if you want to eat from a local place but they don't know what any of the calories are on anything they make?
Since its been super fucking hot lately I can't workout but to keep up with weight loss been making sure my calorie intake is a bit lower the recommended.
Thing is there's a local place I used to love getting food from. Only problem is they don't list their calories. Should I just take a guess from like modern fast food alternatives? Like if a burger from wendies that's the size of one of their burgers should I just assume that's how many calories it has?
Also what about something like chili cheese fries? A small fries from wendys that's only salted a bit is like 200 calories but a chili cheese fries from this local place is like a box with thick fries mixed with a bunch of chili and a layer of cheese on top.
Should I assume that's like 1000 calories or even higher? Should I just avoid fries in general because of how varied they are calorie wise?
Just don't eat it if you're trying to be strict about losing weight. You don't burn enough calories from doing mental gymnastics to offset the amount that is in that type of food. Or just eat it and deal with it. Your choice.
