So rn im about 165 fat-skinny and about to begin working out/improving my life. I was wondering wether or not to first lose weight (and how? Powerlifting/calisthenics) or build muslce and build my chest up. Im 20 and 5'7 btw
Just maintain and workout, you will losr fat and build muscle
It gets better as you build muscle and loose bf% wear tight shirts if it makes you uncomfortable in the mean time
