Endocrine response to masturbation-induced orgasm in healthy men following a 3 week sexual abstinence
Michael S. Exton et. al.
>blood was drawn for each participant twice, both before and after a 3 week period of sexual abstinence.
>plasma was subsequently analyized for concentrations of cortisol, luteinizing hormone, and testosterone
>higher testosterone concentrations were observed following the period of abstinence
>this data demonstrates that acute abstinence does not change the endocrine responce to orgasm but does produce elevated levels of testosterone in males
>average testosterone concentration on day 0: 3.7ng/mL
>average tesosterone concentration on day 21: 5.0ng/mL
go to https://www.nebido.com/en/hcp/research/testosterone-tools/conversion-tool.php and look at the difference between 3.7ng/mL and 5ng/mL
3.7 is in the "maybe needs test" and 5 is in the safe zone
this is only one study but I know what I'm doing
Nofap is a prank that was supposed to be for redditors, tumblrites and normies but backfired and accidentally became popular on 4chan.
The same thing happened to the furry movement. The same thing happened to the brony movement. These two things spawned unimaginable forms of degeneracy and autism previously thought impossible.
Don't delude yourself into thinking that sexually repressing yourself is in any way natural or beneficial. It's not.
Nobody who has a good life got there because they wilfully blueballed themselves, especially not because of some stupid 4chan prank backed by pseudoscience and real science taken out of context and misrepresented.
If you have a problem with yourself:
>admit it
>figure out what the cause is
>find a realistic, feasable solution
>make a plan to carry out the solution
>execute the plan
>follow through till the plan is complete
>if it didn't work find another solution/plan
>if it did move on to the next thing and repeat till you are happy
It's not fucking rocket science
