I eat this really nice granary bread my local bakery makes.

It goes out of date super fast though which sucks.

Dutchfag here, literally all non-dutch bread is shit-tier. Germans have some nice sourdough but that's about it. American bread is just full of sugar and barely resembles the wholesome brown bread we have.

Whole grain bread is OP. The one I buy is 18 grams of protein, 4g of fibre in 2 slices. Put some peanut butter in the middle and you have a 20g protein PB&J sandwich. Just dont eat the garbage "enriched white bread"
