Is losing 9kg in 3months reasonable? Starting from less than

i aim to lose anywhere between 0.5-1kg a week
3months = 12 weeks so thats .75kg a week which is totally reasonable

Unless my maths is wrong I worked it out as 9*2.2 =19.8lbs / 3 = 6.6lbs per month/4 = 1.65lbs per week
3500kcals in a lb of fat * 1.6 = 5600kcals
So 5600 kcals deficit a week which a 88kcal per day deficit

So yes, but it will be uncomfortable and will probably see low to medium muscle loss

9kg of fat may be possible if you fast a lot
