Can I reach 1/2/3/4 on 5x5 stronglifts?
Maybe if you're a girl (male)

Pic unrelated, I am a guy (male)

Oh lmao then, yea, of course.
Do the reddit PPL anyway though, being in the gym every day is the best anon
>>42775853
depends on your weight.
>>42775899
even a 70kg twink can reach 1/2/3/4 for at least a rep
>>42775907
Depends on height desu, reaching 1/2/3/4 is unlikely as long as your BMI is under 19.5

might be a bit harder to reach 2 pl8 bench on 5x5.
i stalled on bench around 1.5pl8 and to bring it up i found that higher frequency training it so 3times aweek really helped
i'll show you a 5x5 baby

I am 5'8 75kg

Bench is actually my best. I am close to 2pl8s
>>42775972
5'8 too
i reached 2pl8 first, ohp second
max dl is 170, squat is a joke though

You'll reach 1/2/3/4 in no time if you apply yourself brah
Godspeed
>>42775853
EZ 6 months if you are eating 4k+ cals a day.
1pl8 OHP is piss easy
2pl8 Bench is the hardest
3pl8 Squat takes like no time, legs gets strong fast
4pl8 DL is second easiest one
(All for reps)
If you are cutting its gonna take alot more.

dont assume that everyone progresses the same as you, as OP said he is closest to 2pl8 bench, which you describe as "hardest". Depending on proportions all of those goals are in the same range
>>42775853
will take longer than SS because of the added volume you will stall sooner
even the guy who invented it can't 4pl8 diddly
>>42775979
170 lbs or kilos?
I assume kilos, even roasties DL more than 170 lbs
>>42776542
are you really asking if my deadlift is worse than my bench?
