Creatine is one of the best, actually works. Whey, Vitamin D, Omega 3. All those I take since I actuall have life altering affects from them(massive morning wood after starting vitamin D, lowered blood to perfect, creatine gives more reps per set)

Though everything in moderation, especially caffeine since it literally can make you have normal workout if you missed sleep
