Ok fit I haven't slept since Tuesday (Monday night), I lay in my bed night after night trying to fall asleep, no lights, phone away, no tv, nothing. Yet sleep evades me. What can I do to finally get some rest? How bad will this fuck my gains?
Check to see if it isn't a chemical problem like L taurine deficiency (which apparently gives u dreams and better sleep, not sure if a deficiency means less though). If not then do the whole prep thing.
No lights the whole day. When Sun goes down that's it.
Don't look at the clock for the whole day.
Open windows to cool down room some hour before sleep.
Cold shower. (Remember all lights off, use a candle if you have to)
Make sure there aren't too many layers of bed sheets or else you'll get hot.
Drink some water and make sure you have a cup next to your bed.
When you lay down do so in a relaxed way.
Close your eyes
Think up a story. Like you and your love are suddenly the last ones on earth.
Not enough sleep hurts test. Your fucked anon. Take some melatonin pills, u can find an anywhere
