The heart rate monitor says 64 for me, but deep down inside me it feels like 0.
Mid to high 60s, not sure how to lower it. I already supplement magnesium citrate. I guess I could take garlic but eh.

you guys know that "athlete" means people who does a LOT of CARDIO exercises, right? If you're only lifting weights and has <50 bpm you really need to see a doctor.
