try to get all protein from food but SUPPLEMENT protein powder if you need to. It alarms me when people ingest 2+ scoops of this shit DAILY. I actually use a plant based powder when I have to because I feel more confortable with its ingredients and how it's sourced desu. But still fuck the powder brah drink a few eggs or something instead.
