Hey /fit/ I'm tall and skinny and want to get a decent amount of muscle, at least enough to not look like a holocaust victim, but don't know where to start. I know I need to gain weight but I'm having trouble doing so because I cannot eat seafood or red meats. I also don't have access to a gym so any tips on getting started are appreciated

Get a job and get a gym membership. I can tell you from experience that being a tall lanky fuck takes a while to grow out of, and bodyweight will take even longer.

Get gym access? Unless you legit have no money and live in some shithole, you should be able to find a gym decently close to where you live. If you really want to train, you will find a way to train. Alternatively, prepare to fuck around with progressing on pushup variations, pistol squats, pullups and dips(still do it with weight tho, find a way to bodge together some weighted pullups and dips). But really you should get access to a good gym ASAP and preferably get a good trainer if you have that option.

You can get your protein demands met through eating chicken breasts and eggs. Get used to either eating fish or taking fish oil.
