Hit lats/romboids/teres/rear delts with heavy barbell rows with a wide grip. Close grip rows on the cable machine (sitting prone pulling toward stomach) will hit more the inside portions of the rib cage area, as well the t-bar rows (similar to barbell rowing but a real close grip). Hitting from as many angles as possible with different flavors of grips will round them out more and should easily get some growth going.

Superset two of your favorite back movements too or even do drop sets all in a row. Anything to shock the muscle.

Lol, you're like me a bit in that area. Well, heres the deal. You dont wanna do a lot of cardio, you will need to eat seriously lean and i mean seriously LEAN.

You can also take GH and and some Test...or Premobolan which works great for women as its not an androgen. All of that done right , well, you wont have to worry about cardio much.

I've lost a lot of strength taking time off from an injury so my lifts are lighter now than they were (so sad). It was a lumbar spine injury so I have to be careful as I get back into it, especially with rows, squats, and deadlifts. Currently:
Squat- 120 lbs
Deadlift- 95 lbs (still feel strain/pain in low back so keeping both this and squats low)
Bench (I use dumbells.. no spotter)- 30 lbs each
Lat pulldown- 105 lbs
Barbell rows: 70 lbs

I feel you buddy. I started at 6' 118lbs. Now at 150lbs, I get absolutely no joy out of eating and I never feel hungry. But just keep going, space out your meals and eat quickly with lots of water. My biggest issue is that I am a slow eater and so I fill up before my meal is done. Just eat fast and guzzle water to make sure your mouth doesn't dry out.

Also mass gainer shakes are your best friend. I get about 30% of my cals from them.

Friends tell me I'm around 8-10% bf but I think its lower. I don't lift cause its pointless and only losers pick things up and put them back down. I do ride my pogo around the block for an hour every other day so I probably burn 3000 cals easy. Confirm I'm chad level pls

I think I look stronger than I actually am. Any way to combat getting tired in the gym, I get gassed out too quick and I don't lift long enough
