Is this an ok macro/calorie count? (I weight 160 and my bmr is about 3300)

>190 grams protein
>500 grams carbs
>130 grams fat (often less admittedly)
>total calories at about 3800ish

I read the damn sticky but I've been hearing about 50 different things
