5 seems to be the standard amount of reps for strength. What is the standard amount of reps for size?
1-6 for strength
8-12 for hypertrophy
7 is useless never do 7 reps
10-12
Whatever you do, make sure you are NOT in the 6-7 rep range.

Not really based on reps, more like an certain amount of muscle fatigue.

8-12 reps for hypertrophy. never do 6 or 7 reps for any reason, those numbers are cursed. if you're going for 8 but think you might miss the last rep, consider stopping at 5 instead to be safe.

12 reps.
8 machines.
6 plates per side (10 lbs. ok)
4 grunts per set.
2 shots of Tren/Ethnanate/Insulin per day

I fucking hate when I fail on the 8th rep and have to mark down a 7. Another week without gains.

>mfw i've spent the past 3 years doing 7 reps of each of the 5 major lifts (instead of 5) in SL because muh lucky 7's
