How long would it take for a 5'6 160lbs manlet to get this body? I have good arm and shower development already.
Shoulder* my bad guys

I'm an inch taller than you and ten lbs less and I look roughly the same as that guy (except with larger shoulders) after the past year of almost daily workouts. Mostly kettle bells, pushups, pullups, situps, leg lifts, and squats. Never more than a hundred pounds at a time and mass reps. Hope this helps.

Forgot to add, I run occasionally but not near as much as I should. between 1/2 and 1 mile once or twice a week.
Yeah that's reasonable for a manlet honestly, go for it anon

What was your starting point?

Same height, ten pounds lighter.
Shit alright I might pull something off by next fall. Thanks for the words of encouragement guys.
